Jaclyn’s Story
Jaclyn’s path to becoming a Life Purpose Coach was shaped by two pivotal shifts: the first was a stress-induced ulcer and the second was realizing that Life doesn’t happen to her—it happens from her.
Jaclyn looked to external circumstances and work in particular for fulfillment for her entire life, creating a constant emotional rollercoaster. That imbalance eventually manifested physically and she developed a stress-induced ulcer, which became the catalyst for a major shift in her life.
The very same week Jaclyn was diagnosed, she was introduced to a life-coaching program. She jumped at the opportunity—not only to help herself but to learn how she might help others.
Despite the ulcer, Jaclyn stayed in the same high-stress job. Deep down, she knew the real issue wasn’t the job—it was her. By choosing to stay, she witnessed a profound transformation: the more she shifted internally, the more her outer circumstances began to reflect that change. She moved from feeling like a victim to being in control—and that was only the beginning.
After completing the life-coaching program, Jaclyn became compelled by the impact of food on our physical and emotional health. That exploration led her to Ayurveda—a Life science that takes into consideration the whole person and the Universal Connection. Her heart melted. She knew she had found her path.
She came to Understand that our beliefs and attitudes shape our reality. Those beliefs generate emotions, which directly impact our health.
From that dedication, Jaclyn created a workplace program called Peak Performance, where she organized and hosted group events and helped clients move from work-life balance to work-life flow—dissolving the boundaries between work and play and recognizing Life as a cohesive, interconnected experience shaped by their choices.
Today, Jaclyn is honored to support clients in Discovering their Life Purpose by Revealing how to move through Life with both Flow and Control.
“My mission is to help others Realize their full potential by Empowering them to put their health - mind, body, and Spirit into their own hands.”
